Violet is still in Indiana. I think she is still adjusting and trying to figure out what she wants. We text. I haven't offered up any suggestions. She'll figure out what she wants to do.
She starts a cashier job this week at Kroger's. It's close to her mom's house. That's good.
I'm taking some vacation time between our birthdays. Hers is the 27th; mine is the 18th. We are making plans for me to drive back down to see her.
Mammoth Caves is only two hours away from her. It would be nice to go there again. We are still working on the details.
Still, it gives me something to look forward to for my birthday. A day that just gets more depressing each year :).
